At YuLife, we believe strongly in ensuring every company is taking care of their workforce. The YuStore can help support your employees by giving them additional tools to look after their health and wellbeing.

Any YuStore Credit earned on the HR Portal is there to be spent on health and wellbeing services for your employees. The more you build up over time, the more you can spend in the YuStore.

YuStore Credit is available to UK clients with at least one of our Group Life, Income Protection, Critical Illness, Dental or Health Insurance products.

YuStore Credit is earned by your employees engaging with the YuLife app. Steps, mindfulness minutes, cycling distance, challenges and many other activities are tallied up to help achieve your company's goals. You can also earn extra YuStore Credit by completing tasks in the portal.

On the dashboard of your YuLife HR Portal, you'll be able to see a running total of your goals and YuStore credit.

Once your company have completed a goal, you'll need to claim your YuStore Credit, and then it's added to your company's earnings. If you complete a goal but don't claim it immediately, you can continue to earn up to 30x the goal (per activity) without claiming, but once you reach this point, your ability to earn any further for that activity will freeze until the YuStore Credit is claimed. You can earn up to a maximum of 10% of your policy premium per policy year.
