What is the YuStore?
The YuStore is a marketplace on the Portal where you can buy discounted health and wellness apps to share with your colleagues. From mental health and physical fitness to menopause and financial support, there's a range of apps available to suit all your employee's wellbeing.
How do I buy app subscriptions?
If you would like to buy any of the app subscriptions, tap on your chosen app and click the Request More Info button. Your Customer Success Manager will be in touch to finalise the purchase of your chosen subscription.
How do I allocate a subscription to an employee?
Search for your employee on the People tab, click on their name and then click Edit Details.
Scroll down to Active Products and click the edit icon.
Then, scroll down and tap 'Add New Product'.
Select the relevant subscription from the drop-down menu, then click Continue and Save.

What apps are available in the YuStore?
We have plenty of great health and wellbeing apps available, including; Breathwrk, Female Invest, Lifesum, Meditopia, MoneyHub and Stella. We're always adding more, so keep your eyes peeled!
What is YuStore Credit and how do I earn it?
YuStore Credit is earned by your employees engaging with the YuLife app. Steps, mindfulness minutes, cycling distance, challenges and many other activities are tallied up and help achieve your company's goals. On the dashboard of your YuLife HR Portal, you'll be able to see a running total of your goals and YuStore credit.
Once your company have completed a goal, you'll need to claim your YuStore credit, and then it's added to your company's earnings. You can earn up to a maximum of 10% of your policy premium per policy year. To find out what your maximum credit amount is, head to the Dashboard and tap the information button to the right of your earnings total.
