What is the YuStore and YuStore Credit?

What is the YuStore?

The YuStore is a marketplace on the Portal where you can buy discounted health and wellness apps to share with your colleagues. From mental health and physical fitness, to menopause and financial support, there's a range of apps available to suit all your employee's wellbeing.

Some of the apps available include; Breathwrk, Female Invest, Lifesum, Meditopia, MoneyHub and Stella. We're always adding more, so keep your eyes peeled!

You can also enquire about additional group insurance products for you and your team.

How do I buy app subscriptions?

If you would like to buy any of the app subscriptions, tap on your chosen app and click the 'buy now' or 'request more info' button. Your Customer Success Manager will be in touch to finalise the purchase of your chosen subscription.

How do I allocate a subscription to an employee?

  1. Search for your employee on the People tab, click on their name and then click Products along the top bar, you'll be redirected to the products section for that employee.

  2. Tap 'Assign product' in the right-hand corner.

  3. A pop-up will appear on the screen where you can choose to assign a product from the drop-down menu. Make sure you tap 'Assign product' on the bottom right, to save it!

  4. Great! You've just assigned a YuStore subscription to a user!

Group Insurance Products

Whilst you might already have a group insurance product with YuLife, you may want to add another type of protection for you and your employees. Within the YuStore, you're able to request more information about the insurance products we have available. Please note that this option is only available for our UK customers.

How do I get a quote for another insurance product?

  1. Head to the YuStore, scroll down to 'Group Insurance Products' and tap on your chosen product.

  2. Once you've clicked on your chosen product, you'll be redirected to a new page where you can 'buy now' or 'request more info'.

  3. Your Customer Success Manager will reach out to you to confirm your purchase.
