How to sync your cycling in the YuLife app

There are loads of different ways to track cycling, depending on what kind of bike you're on, and what devices you use. As long as your cycling data can be tracked in distance, and synced to Apple Health or Google Fit, you will be able to get rewarded in the YuLife app.

If you're riding an outdoor bike you'll need to download any app that tracks your ride with GPS, such as Strava.

If you are using a stationary bike with in-built software that captures distance data, you may need to install an app on your phone that captures that data and also connects to Strava, which will in turn sync to Apple Health or Google Fit. Stationary bikes without any built-in software must have a device that can measure cadence and speed attached to the pedal or bike wheel. Please note: some stationary bikes sync directly to Apple Health/Google Fit so will not require an additional app.
