You can export data from the HR Portal, which will enable you to view specific data about your employees. This data can include basic information such as name and email address, but can also be data about whether they've logged into the YuLife app, and if they've filled out their beneficiary form (where relevant).
How to export data:
Head to the people page in the HR Portal and tap the 'Export' option at the top of the screen.

βYou'll be given the option to choose a 'basic', 'comprehensive' or 'beneficiaries missing' report.

Choose the option you wish to export, you'll then be asked to confirm that you want the export.

The export will be emailed to you in a spreadsheet that you'll be able to download to your computer.
That's it! You've exported the data.

What is it?
The YuCoin Redemption Report is an export containing the value of YuCoin redeemed per employee for a specified period of time so that this information can be provided for the purposes of tax reporting in the US.
When you run the report, you'll receive a spreadsheet containing the employee name, date of birth, SSN, email address, country, state, vouchers redeemed, total value (USD) and total value (other countries, where applicable).
How do I run a YuCoin Redemption Report?
To run a YuCoin Redemption Report, follow the steps above (as a regular basic or comprehensive export), but when you click on the drop-down 'Export' box, tap the YuCoin Redemption Report option.

βA pop-up will appear on screen asking you to enter a date range for the report that you require. Once you've entered the dates, tap 'Export', this will then be emailed to you. (If you don't enter any dates, the report will be exported with all of the data on the system).
