How do I claim my free Garmin watch?
You'll need to complete 200 levels within a year of your Health Insurance rewards journey beginning before you can claim this reward. Once you've completed the 200 levels, follow the instructions below to redeem your reward:
Head to your YuLife app and scroll down to find your Garmin smartwatch reward on your Health Insurance policy page.

โOnce you've got your code, head to the Garmin website and choose your Garmin Forerunner 55 colour way!

Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) Donation
You can opt out of receiving a watch and instead choose a donation to be made to Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).
To do so, follow the steps below:
Head to your Health Insurance app and scroll down to find the Garmin smartwatch reward.
โTap 'claim my reward' and select the GOSH donation option in the drop-down option.
โYou'll be redirected to a webpage to confirm your choice to donate instead of having a smartwatch. Please note that you will not be able to claim the watch after making the donation.
โOnce you've confirmed the donation, you'll receive an email confirming this.
