How to claim your free Health Assessment with Be.Motivated.

What is the Be.Motivated Health Assessment?

It's a one-hour health check that includes 11 core tests, designed to give you a clearer picture of your health and mental wellbeing, with added lifestyle coaching and behaviour change support for a whole year.

To unlock the free Health Assessment, you'll need to complete 150 levels from the start date of your policy rewards.


How do I claim my free Health Assessment?

  1. Head to your YuLife app and scroll down to find your free Health Assessment reward on the Health Insurance screen.

  2. Tap 'claim my reward' and head over to your emails, we've sent you a voucher code.

  3. Once you've received the voucher code, call the Bupa Clinics number on 0370 218 4965 to book your in-person health assessment. Be sure to mention that you are a YuLife member, and remember to give the consultant your unique voucher number to get the assessment for free.

  4. That's it! You've booked your free health assessment - enjoy!

What health tests are included?

The 11 tests included are:

  • Height assessment

  • Weight assessment

  • Body Mass Index (BMI)

  • Waist to height ratio

  • Lung age (if you're a smoker or recent ex-smoker)

  • Body fat percentage

  • Estimated Energy Requirement

  • Blood Pressure test in both arms

  • Diabetes test (HbA1c - non-fasting blood sugar test)

  • Mobility and flexibility review

  • Comprehensive cholesterol profile.

How long does the assessment last?

It's a one-hour session with a Bupa health adviser.

Where can I have the test done?

You can find a centre near you by using the Bupa booking site.

How long do I have to take the assessment after unlocking it?

You will need to claim your voucher within a year of unlocking it.

Can I give my health assessment to my dependant instead?

Health assessments will need to be for the main member who has a policy with Bupa.

What post-test aftercare is provided?

Following the assessment, you'll receive:

  • 12 months access to online mental well-being programmes provided by SilverCloud Health

  • 2 follow-up coaching calls from a lifestyle coach to help you reach your goals

  • 24/7 access to a Bupa nurse with the Anytime HealthLine.
