What is Thriva Health Screening?
Thriva Health Screening is an at-home blood test kit which is designed to give you insights into your health. The tests will help you evaluate your current health and plan for your future wellbeing.

How do I claim it?
Head to your YuLife app and scroll down to find your Thriva Health Screening reward on the Health Insurance policy screen.

βTap on 'claim my reward' and fill in your details on the following screen to set up your Thriva account (you'll need to add the address you want the kit sent to).

βOnce you've filled in the details, check your emails - we have sent you an email with a link to finish creating your Thriva account on their website.
βYour test kit will take 3 - 5 days to arrive at your address; keep your eyes peeled for the postman!
Yay! Your test kit has arrived - follow the instructions given in the kit on how to complete the test and send it back.
βYour results will be accessible in your Thriva website account after 10 working days.
How do I use the test?
A kit will be sent to your home address with full, step-by-step instructions on how to do the test, as well as how to send the test back to Thriva.
What's the timeframe for receiving blood test results?
Your results will be with you usually within 10 days of sending your kit back to Thriva, with a maximum of 14 days.
What support will I receive with any significant health risks identified?
Your blood results will come with comprehensive feedback and recommendation from a GP. In addition, with your health insurance policy, you are provided with a number of helplines that you can make use of to help get any significant health risks discussed and under control. If you'd like to discuss this in more detail with a nurse or a GP, please check the Wellbeing Hub in your YuLife app for all the information on these services.
Will my employer be notified of any significant health risks identified in my results?
Results from the assessment will be confidential between the user and Thriva only.
