What are Tags?
A Tag is a way of categorising groups of employees in your YuLife HR Portal. For example, you might want to create a tag for each office or team/department in your company, or for each region or country that your employees work in.
You can also use Tags to create additional Leaderboards within the YuLife app. Your company will have a main leaderboard which includes all employees, but Tags mean you could create a Leaderboard for specific teams.
There is also the option that, with the help of your Customer Success Manager, you can do extra data analysis within each Tag. Drop your Customer Success Manager a message if you'd like more information on this!
How do I create a Tag?
Head to the Settings section on the left-hand side of the HR Portal and select Manage tags, then tap 'Add new tag' in the top right-hand corner.
Fill in the required information, and if you'd like the Tag to reflect in the app as an additional Leaderboard, make sure you tick the box to allow this.
Make sure you tap Save before exiting the page - that's it, you've created a Tag!
How do I add an employee to a Tag?
It's super simple to add an employee to a Tag!
Head to the YuLife Portal and tap on the People tab on the left-hand side. Select the employee that you would like to add to your chosen Tag and scroll down to 'Edit Details'.
Scroll down to find 'Tags', you'll be able to select which Tag you'd like to add your employees to from the drop-down list.
Once selected, make sure you tap 'Save and Exit'. That's your employee added to the Tag!
Please note: Tags must have at least 10 employees assigned to them.
Can I Bulk Upload Tags?
If you use the Bulk Upload or Bulk Edit templates to upload new employees or edit multiple employees at the same time, any Tags that already exist in your HR Portal will be included on the template for you to use.
