YuMatter by ICAS is a confidential employee assistance programme, delivering employee and manager support. It is designed to provide an engaging, useful, everyday support service for your team. Below are the elements to this healthcare service:
24/7 dedicated confidential counselling telephone line in the language of your choice
Providing support with childcare, eldercare, adoptions, education and social benefits, and disability.
Financial mentors providing information on savings and investments, financial tools, basic budgeting and proactive decision-making.
Legal mentors providing information on wills, testaments and estates, contracts, property and third-party claims.
24/7 professional support to preserve health on the following, but not limited to; heart disease, chronic illnesses, parenting supports, cancer, weight loss resources and HIV/AIDs.
Who has access to YuMatter by ICAS?
YuLifers are opted-in to YuMatter by ICAS by their employer. The service is also available to their family members.
How do YuLifers get access to YuMatter by ICAS?
To access YuMatter by ICAS, you will need your access code, this can be found under YuMatter by ICAS, in the Wellbeing Hub (accessed via the main menu of the YuLife app).
You can access the YuMatter by ICAS service by tapping 'click here to access YuMatter' which is below your access code. You'll be redirected to the ICAS website, where you'll be granted access once the access code has been entered.
You are also able to use their services by calling 0800 114 114. For technical support, you can use their live chat service, which is only available once you've accessed the website with your company access code.
