Who has access to YuDoctor by HealthHero?
All YuLife users on group plans provided by Metlife automatically have access to YuDoctor by HealthHero. The service is also available to spouses/civil partners and children up to and including 18 (or 21 in full-time education).
How do I access YuDoctor by HealthHero?
To access YuDoctorby HealthHero, you will need your policy number. Your policy number can be found in the Wellbeing Hub, accessed via the main menu of the YuLife app.
