What is ZGP24, who can access it, and how?

What is ZGP24?

ZGP24 gives YuLife members unlimited access to 24/7 phone consultations, and the option of video call consultations 8am-10pm, 7 days a week (excluding Christmas day) with an experienced GP.

There are two main elements to this healthcare service:

24/7 Access to Virtual GPs

  • Phone (unlimited 24/7, 365 days a year)

  • Video consultation (8am to 10pm, 7 days a week excluding Christmas day)

  • Translation service - 200+ languages

  • Private prescriptions

  • Open private referrals if further investigation or treatment necessary

Second Medical Opinion

  • Supplementary expert option from a different specialist

  • For those diagnosed with an eligible critical condition from a treating consultant or specialist

  • Second opinion on diagnosis or treatment

  • Face-to-face or video consultation with a specialist consultant

Who has access to ZGP24?

All YuLifers with group plans provided by Zurich automatically have access to ZGP24. The service is also available to all immediate family/dependants who live in the same household.

How do I access ZGP24?

Click here to access ZGP24, to sign up you'll need your company's code. Your code can be found in your YuLife app, click on the menu in the top left corner and head to the wellbeing hub, then select ZGP24.

How do my family access ZGP24?

To book an appointment for your child (up to 16), you'll need to first add them as a dependant on your own ZGP24 account. Once the child has been added, you'll be able to book an appointment for them - you must be in attendance during the consultation.

For your partner (or child between 16-21) to access the service, they'll need to create their own ZGP24 account using their own email address and password. During the signup process, they'll need to enter a policy code - this is the code found in your Wellbeing Hub on YuLife. Once the account has been created, they'll be able to access the service to book appointments.

ZGP24 is provided by Health Hero for YuLife group customers in partnership with Zurich.
