What is YuMatter by YH?
YuMatter by YH is a confidential employee assistance program designed to support your mental and professional wellbeing. Below are the elements to this healthcare service:
Mental health experts
24/7 and 365 days per year
Including counsellors, CBT, therapists and mental health nurses
Computerised CBT
Short-term clinical counselling
Structured, solution-focused counselling/CBT, where clinically appropriate
Initial assessment consultation and then up to 4 follow-up sessions
Who has access to YuMatter by YH?
YuLifers are opted-in to YuMatter by YH by their employer. The service is also available to spouses/civil partners and children up to and including the age of 18.
How do YuLifers get access to YuMatter by YH?
To access YuMatter by YH, you will need your policy number. Your policy number can be found in the Wellbeing Hub, accessed via the main menu of the YuLife app.
