COVID-19 Update: Smart Health has partnered with Signature Pharmacy to offer free delivery for private prescriptions written by the Smart Health doctors, including next day delivery nationwide or same day delivery to selected postcodes in London.

What is Smart Health?

Smart Health gives YuLife members unlimited access to a 24/7 virtual GP as well as a range of other health and wellbeing experts. There are six elements to this new healthcare service:

-full GP consultations conducted by phone or video,
-expert case management
-mental health support
-an online health check
-nutritionist consultations  
-an online fitness programme

Who has access to Smart Health?

All YuLife users on group plans automatically have access to Smart Health. The service is also available to spouses and children under the age of 21.

How do I access Smart Health

To access Smart Health, you will need your policy number. Your policy number can be found on the Yu screen of the YuLife app and the Smart Health section of the Wellbeing Hub. If it's not currently showing in the app, your HR Manager will be able to provide it for your team. 

You can request services via the website at, or by downloading the Smart Health by AIG app.

Who is providing the service?

Smart Health by AIG is provided to YuLife group customers in partnership with global provider Teladoc Health. Teladoc is a global telehealth provider that uses telephone and videoconferencing technology to provide on-demand remote medical care via mobile devices, the internet, video, and phone.
