What is Smart Health?
Smart Health gives YuLife members unlimited access to a 24/7 virtual GP as well as a range of other health and wellbeing experts. There are six main elements to this healthcare service:

Who has access to Smart Health?
YuLife users on group plans provided by AIG automatically have access to Smart Health. The service is also available to partners and children up to and including 18 (or 21 in full time education).
How do I access Smart Health
To access Smart Health, you will need your policy number. Your policy number can be found within the Smart Health section of the Wellbeing Hub (tap on the main menu in the top left-hand corner of the YuLife app to find this). If it's not currently showing in the app, your HR Manager will be able to provide it for your team.
You can request services via the website at https://www.aiglife-smarthealth.com/ or by downloading the Smart Health by AIG app.
How does my family access Smart Health?
The Smart Health service is available to your partner and for children up to the age of 21.
To book an appointment for your child, you'll need to first add them as a dependant on your own Smart Health account. To do this, open the Smart Health app, tap the menu in the top left-hand corner, select help and settings, then dependants and choose to add new in the top right corner. Once the child has been added, you'll be able to book an appointment for them.
For your partner to access Smart Health, they'll need to create their own account using their own email address and password. During the signup process, they'll need to enter a policy code - this is the code found in your Wellbeing Hub on YuLife. Once the account has been created, your partner will be able to access the Smart Health service to book appointments.
Who is providing the service?
Smart Health by AIG is provided to YuLife group customers in partnership with global provider Teladoc Health. Teladoc is a global telehealth provider that uses telephone and videoconferencing technology to provide on-demand remote medical care via mobile devices, the internet, video, and phone.
