Who can set this up?
This functionality is available to all YuLife customers.
Be an Admin of your Microsoft Teams workspace
Have Admin permissions within the YuLife HR Portal
If you donβt have the correct permissions but would like to try connecting your Microsoft Teams workspace to YuLife, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager at customersuccess@yulife.com.
Step 1 β Connect YuLife and Microsoft Teams
Log in to your YuLife HR Portal β team.yulife.com
In the side bar menu, go to Settings β Messaging
Click Create new connection and choose Microsoft Teams.
Tip: Disconnect any existing connection, if one is found.
Authorise the connection when prompted
β Once connected, youβll see Microsoft Teams listed as an active integration in your Messaging settings.
Step 2 β Invite Employees to YuLife via Microsoft Teams
Go to the People page in the HR Portal.
Select the employee(s) you want to invite and click Invite.
Employees will receive an email invitation to download and use the YuLife app, along with a Microsoft Teams notification, if their Microsoft Teams account matches the email in the HR Portal.
Note: Ensure the employeeβs email address used in the YuLife HR Portal matches the email address on their Microsoft Teams account.
