What is the YuCoin Wallet
The YuCoin wallet will allow you to keep track of all your purchased YuCoin activity in one place. You will be able to top up your company balance and view historic transactions.
Where can I find the YuCoin Wallet?
Tap on the Account tab in the left-hand menu of your Portal, and select the option to view YuCoin Wallet.
How to top up the YuCoin balance
Tap the 'Top-up balance' button
Select the amount of YuCoin you'd like to purchase. You can either select a predetermined figure or enter a custom amount, and then select the billing centre from the drop-down menu.
Tick the box to agree to the payment and tap the Continue button (any amount below Β£1000 will be automatically approved).
The YuCoin balance figure will be updated when the transaction has completed!
What can I use the purchased YuCoin for?
Purchased YuCoin can be gifted to your employees with the Reward and Recognition feature, as a way to say thank you for their hard work!
What permission do I need to use the YuCoin Wallet?
To be able to use this feature, you must have either of the following permissions enabled on your account:
