Reward and Recognition 🇬🇧

Tap on the Reward Employees option in the left-hand menu of your Portal.

A pop-up will appear on screen - you'll need to tap the 'Get in Touch' button to request access to this feature on your YuLife Portal.

The request will be sent through to your Customer Success Manager, who will reach out directly to confirm getting this feature added to your Portal.

Head to the Reward and Recognition homepage, and select the 'Send a gift' option.

You'll enter the gifting screen, in which you can build the gift that you'd like to send. This starts with creating a title for your gift - the employee won't see this, it's purely for you to be able to track why you're gifting. Make sure you select the 'Continue' button in the bottom right to save this.

You'll then see the other options listed to complete before you send your gift. Next is the recipients, you can reward as many or as little employees at once as you wish, just ensure you select the names of the correct employees. Once you've selected the employees, scroll down to save them. They will then show on the gifting screen as your chosen employees!

Next is the fun customisation of the gift! This is what your colleagues will see when they open the gift in their YuLife app. Here you can customise the message you send, the sticker and the background. You'll see a preview of this on the right-hand side - remember to save once you've created your masterpiece!

Finally, you'll need to select the amount of YuCoin you want to gift per person. If you are gifting multiple employees, you can only gift them the same amount at once. If you want to gift different amounts to different employees, you'll need to do this in separate gifts. Be sure to tap Continue to save your YuCoin gifting amount.

Once you've completed all the gifting categories, you can now send the gifts out! On the right-hand side, you'll see the total amount you are gifting, and also your current YuCoin Balance. If you don't have enough YuCoin in your 'bank', you can top it up using the top-up button. If you've got the right amount and you're ready to send the gifts, tap the 'Send gift' option. Alternatively, if you're not ready to send the gifts just yet, you can save and exit, and continue with this at a later date from your Reward and Recognition History.

That's it! You've just rewarded your employees for being their best selves!

Head to the Reward and Recognition tab in the portal, and select the 'Top-up balance' option in the YuCoin Balance box.

A screen will pop-up where you can choose the amount of YuCoin you would like to buy. There are pre-selected amounts or you can enter a custom amount (the minimum purchase is 250 YuCoin).

You'll need to select the appropriate Billing Centre for the invoicing and check the tickbox acknowledging the invoice will be paid within 30 days of receipt. Once you've done this, select 'Continue' and your balance will have been topped up!
