What is Smart Health?

Smart Health gives yulife members unlimited access to a 24/7 virtual GP as well as a range of other health and wellbeing experts. There are six elements to this new healthcare service:

-full GP consultations conducted by phone or video,
-expert case management
-mental health support
-an online health check
-nutritionist consultations  
-an online fitness programme

Who has access to SmartHealth?

All yulife users on group life plans automatically have access to Smart Health. The service is also available to your immediate family members!

How do I access SmartHealth

To access SmartHealth, you will need your policy number. If you aren't sure where to find it, your HR Manager will be able to provide it for your team. 

You can request services via the website at https://www.aiglife-smarthealth.com/, or by downloading the Smart Health by AIG app.

Who is providing the service?

Smart Health by AIG is provided to yulife grouplife customers in partnership with global provider Teladoc Health. Teladoc is a global telehealth provider that uses telephone and videoconferencing technology to provide on-demand remote medical care via mobile devices, the internet, video and phone.
