If you no longer wish to use YuLife and would like us to delete your account and any in-app data, please get in touch with us your YuLife app.

Once we process this for you, your account and all your app data will be deleted. This is permanent and means that in the future, if you did want to access the YuLife app, we’d be unable to reinstate your account.

Please note that if you've held an insurance product with us, we are required by the Financial Conduct Authority to retain all information explicitly tied to insurance policies for a minimum period of 6 years.
