Breathwrk is a health app that harnesses the power of breathing to create instant change in your body and mind. Through the use of scientifically backed methods, Breathwrk's sessions aim to help you wake up, fall asleep, calm anxiety and much more, all whilst earning YuCoin!
There are two ways to get a Breathwrk subscription; via the Wellbeing Hub as a benefit given by your company or via the rewards store purchased as a 12-month subscription.
Redeeming your Breathwrk Subscription
If your company have kindly gifted you with a Breathwrk subscription, please follow the steps starting at point 1. If you have purchased a Breathwrk subscription from the rewards store, please follow the steps starting at point 3.
Wellbeing Hub redemption: Tap on the main menu in the top left of YuLife to find the Wellbeing Hub and select Breathwrk from the list. Then tap 'claim your subscription' and enter the email address associated with your YuLife account, then tap 'Activate account'.

βOnce you've activated the account, you'll receive an email confirming your subscription and containing your voucher code. Please tap 'Continue to Breathwrk' - you'll be redirected to a Breathwrk webpage. Please tap Continue once you're on this page so you can sign in or sign up. (Please jump to step 5 to continue)

βRewards Store redemption: Head to the rewards store, scroll to find Breathwrk in the list (you can also tap the Wellbeing category across the top) and tap into it. Then select 'claim your membership here' and tap 'let's go' on the pop-up that appears. You'll be redirected to a webpage where you can complete your purchase of the membership.

βOnce you've completed the purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation with an activation link. Tap the blue link in the email; you'll be redirected to a Breathwrk webpage. Please tap Continue once you're on this page so you can sign in or sign up.

βIt's now time to assign your voucher to your Breathwrk account. If you don't have a Breathwrk account yet, you'll need to create an account by entering your name, email and password, then tap 'Join Breathwrk'. If you do already have a Breathwrk account, please tap 'Sign in' and enter your Breathwrk login details.

Once you've signed in/signed up, you'll be redirected to a screen saying your account subscription has been created.

βNow, head to the Breathwrk app on your phone and sign in to your account. Please sign in using the 'sign in with email' option and not the automated Google/Apple logins.

βGreat, that's it! You should now have the subscription assigned to your account. To check this, tap Me in the bottom-right corner, then tap the Settings cog in the top left. You'll then need to select 'Your Account' and from there, you'll be able to see if the subscription is live on your account.

Troubleshooting
If, after activating the subscription and signing into the Breathwrk app, the subscription still isn't active, please try the following steps:
Try logging out and in again on your Breathwrk app
Check the email address you are logging in with vs. the email address you activated your Breathwrk account with and ensure you are logging in with the same one.
If, after trying these options, you are still being asked to upgrade, please contact us.
