How to connect your Fitbit/Google Health to YuLife:

iPhone (Apple Health):

  1. Open your Google Health app.

  2. Tap on the devices button in the top left corner.

  3. Tap on Partner apps.

  4. Tap on Apple Health.

  5. Grant the necessary permissions for Google Health to write your activities in Apple Health.

Your Fitbit steps will sync from Apple Health to YuLife in a single batch at the end of each day.

Android (Health Connect):

  1. Open your Google Health app.

  2. Tap on the devices button in the top left corner.

  3. Tap on Partner apps.

  4. Tap on Health Connect at the bottom.

  5. Grant the necessary permissions for Google Health to write your fitness activities in Health Connect.

We do the main sync of Fitbit steps at the end of each day, so not to worry if they track lower during the day.

Please note that Fitbit has recently changed its name to Google Health. This update isn't being rolled out to everyone at the same time, so you may see Fitbit showing, or Google Health.

Understanding Fitbit/Google Health Steps and YuCoin:

Your YuLife app will capture step data from both your phone's health app and your Fitbit/Google Health device. If you look at your activity history, you will be able to see the steps count from both. YuCoin will be awarded for whichever step count is higher, and that is what steps will be displayed on the app home screen as well.
