What is group income protection?
Group income protection (sick pay) provides a monthly payment if you are unable to work for the agreed duration, due to long-term illness or injury.
The amount paid is based on a percentage of your salary, according to your employer’s needs.
The money will be paid to your employer, who will then pay it to you after National Insurance and tax deduction, similar to your regular wages.
