YuLife can reward you for any meditations that are track in Google Fit or Apple Health. Here's a walk through on how to connect Meditopia to your phone's Health app so you can earn YuCoin.

How do I connect to start earning YuCoin?

How to connect Meditopia to your health app varies depending on the kind of device you use, so we are going to break this article down into Apple Phones and Android Phones.

Once you have downloaded Meditopia you need to connect it to Apple Health, here's how;

1. Click on your profile in the bottom right hand corner, then the settings cog in the top right corner.

2. Next, you need to toggle on the option to save to Apple Health. Then Click Yes to open Apple Health.

3. Next, toggle on Mindful Minutes then click allow. Now Apple Health can read your meditation data, which in turn will allow this to appear in YuLife.

4. Meditate 🧘

Now that you have Meditopia linked, you can use it to complete Meditation Quests and earn YuCoin for daily meditation in the YuLife app. Simply start a quest, open Meditopia, and breathe :-)
