What is Bupa Cash Plan?
If your employer has purchased you a Bupa Cash Plan, you are able to claim cash back on certain medical expenses. Upon opting in, you will be sent a membership guide in the post containing a table of cover and premium table for with the full terms of your cover. How do I make a claim?
Remember to check your table of cover for details of the benefits you can claim on your Cash Plan. Settle the bill for your treatment, goods, or services and obtain a receipt, which should include the name and contact details of the practitioner, date of the treatment, and the name of the person receiving the treatment. To make a claim, you must send Bupa a claim form, either by:
completing their online claim form at bupa.co.uk/cashplanclaim, or
using their postal claims submission service. If you would like to use their postal claims service and you do not have a claim form, you can download a claim form from the claims portal or call Bupa on 0345060606003 to request one.
