There are so many wonderful meditation and mindfulness apps available. As long as the app links to Apple Health or Google Fit you can use that app to complete meditation challenges and be rewarded for daily meditation.

Connecting Headspace to your health app varies depending on the kind of device you use, so we are going to break this article down into Apple Phones and Android Phones.
Apple Phones
Once you have downloaded and signed up for headspace you need to connect it to Apple Health. Here are a few simple steps to help you do so;
1. From the Headspace home screen click on your profile in the top left hand corner.Β
2. On the next screen click on the settings cog next to your name.
3. On the following page, scroll down till you get to Apple Health and click on it.Β
4. The next step is to toggle on Mindful Minutes.Β
5. This will automatically take you to Apple Health, you need to toggle on Mindful Minutes then click allow. This will enable Apple Health to read your meditation data, which in turn will allow this to appear in YuLife.
6. Once you have clicked allow you will be taken back to Headspace where you will now see Mindful minutes have been turned on.Β

Android PhonesΒ
Once you have downloaded and signed up for headspace you need to connect it to Google Fit. Here are a few simple steps to help you do so;
1. From the Headspace home screen click on your profile in the top left hand corner.
2. On the next screen click on the settings cog next to your name.
3. On the following page, scroll down till you get to Google Fit and click on it.Β
4. The next step is to toggle on Connect Google Fit.
5. This will automatically take you to Google Fit, make sure you select the account that is connected to YuLife.
6. This will automatically open Google Fit. Click allow to grant permissions for Google Fit to read Headspace meditation data, which in turn will allow this to appear in YuLife.Β
7. You will know it has been successful because Connect to Google Fit will now be toggled on.
