You can access the Calm setup tutorial anytime from here in the help centre or in-app by selecting a meditation quest and tapping "setup tutorial".

Connecting Calm to your health app varies depending on the kind of device you use, so we are going to break this article down into Apple Phones and Android Phones.

Once you have downloaded Calm you need to connect it to Apple Health. Here are a few simple steps to help you do so;

1. Click on your profile in the bottom right hand corner, then the settings cog in the top left corner.

2. Next, you need to toggle on the option to save to Apple Health.

3. This will take you to Apple Health, you need to toggle on Mindful Minutes then click allow. This will enable Apple Health to read your meditation data, which in turn will allow this to appear in YuLife.

Now that you have Calm linked, you can use it to complete Meditation Quests and earn YuCoin for passive meditation in the YuLife app. Simply start a quest, open Calm, and breathe :-)
