What are Leaderboards?
Your company has its own personal leaderboard, that reflects the steps of your team.
The leaderboards shows your step data for the last 30 days. That means if you login and your step count is slightly lower than the day before, not to worry! It just means that a walk you did 31 days ago has rotated off the board.
How do I access the leaderboards?
To view your company leaderboard, just tap the Leaderboard icon from the home screen.
How do I opt in/out of the leaderboard?
To view or consent to leaderboards, open your YuLife app and tap the main menu in the top-left of YuLife, select Settings and scroll down to Leaderboards. You'll be able to toggle your leaderboard on or off from there.
How do I switch between leaderboards?
If your company has set you up with multiple leaderboards or communities, you can switch between them at any time by tapping on your company name at the top left of the screen. Then, from the drop-down arrow, it will show you a list of your communities available to you, and you can choose which one you would like to see. You can toggle permissions off and on for any of them at any time by heading to the Settings via the main menu.
Please note: If you're part of multiple leaderboards, you can manage them in your YuLife app's Settings (the menu in the top left corner). Select Leaderboards, then scroll down to view the toggle permissions for each leaderboard.
