The Employee Insights dashboard harnesses the data collection done through (primarily) the YuLife app to give you meaningful health & wellbeing-related insights into your employee base.
The intent is that the data & analytics are broken down in such a way that allows you to make strategic changes and be proactive in running targeted initiatives - using the YuLife platform - which keeps your employees healthy and productive.
What does this include?
eNPS Score: The Employee Net Promoter Score, gives you a look into whether your employees recommend your organisation as a place to work
Mental Health Score: A collection of answers to questions on topics falling within the following categories: Social health, Mental wellbeing, and Behavioural health
Physical Health Score: Composed of answers to questions on topics falling within the following categories: Healthy eating, rest and recovery, tobacco use, and the hazard ratio score, which is taken from steps
Also gives insights on: Burnout risk, Turnover risk, Absenteeism risk
How do I access the Employee Insights Dashboard?
You can access this by logging into your admin account and tapping on Employee Insights in the side menu. To view this, you will need to have the permission to View Employee Insights Analytics toggled on in your admin account settings.
How often is this data refreshed?
The Employee Insights Dashboard is updated daily.
Please note, the dashboard will be unavailable until we have three distinct months’ worth of HQ data from at least five employees.
Potential Loss Calculator
The dashboard shows a £ figure representing the amount of money the business is losing due to the associated key risk.
Data Relevancy
The Daily Reflections' health questionnaire includes nearly 500 questions, each with its own relevancy period - the amount of time an answer continues to contribute to risk scoring.
Examples:
“Did you exercise yesterday?” – relevant for 1 day
“Do you drink?” – relevant for up to 1 year
A question only influences risk calculations while its relevancy period is active.
How does it work if we aren't using the surveys feature?
The Employee Insights dashboard can function without the Employee Surveys module in use. We wouldn’t expect the overall insight to be quite as valuable compared to when a company is running employee surveys.
