***July 2020 Update: Headspace has recently updated their app, and it is no longer compatible with Google Fit on most devices. We are in contact with their development team, and are working on finding a solution for our Android users.***

There are so many wonderful meditation and mindfulness apps available. As long as the app links to Apple Health or Google Fit you can use that app to complete meditation challenges and be rewarded for daily meditation.

Connecting Headspace to your health app varies depending on the kind of device you use, so we are going to break this article down into Apple Phones and Android Phones.
